We had looked at many different houses throughout Thailand before we chose Viewtalay Marina. What struck us most was the exceptional quality of the construction is truly six-star hotel quality and the house design is a really attractive blend of modern convenience and traditional Thai/Balinese ambience. The very special pool courtyard and its feeling of the outside and the inside melding into one is as fresh every day as it was on the first.

Being on the marina it is literally ten steps form the living room to the boat.

The development itself is very well planned with good security and privacy.

The location is excellent: a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to the supermarket… it’s a world away from downtown Pattaya but close enough to access the town’s facilities if you need them.

We have been delighted by the after-sale service, Khun Suchat and his team have always been very responsive to helping us with the necessary things after we moved in, which is very important factor if you have not owned a house in Thailand before.
