“Where to live”

On the first phase of Viewtaly Marina, we offer only 42 houses including 10 houses on Marina Zone and 32 houses on Land Zone. The size of each plot is various from 450 sq.meter to 2,048 sq.meter.

“Marina Zone & Land Zone”

Viewtalay Marina is divided into 2 zones, "Marina Zone and Land Zone". Houses on the Marina Zone are located next to the private canal. This canal is connected to the ocean and allowed to use only for the marina house owners. It is quite convenient to cruise away to the ocean with their personal yacht located right on the back yard of their house. However for those boat lovers, on the Land Zone, they could keep their boats at the village’s dock which provides about 20 spaces for mooring.
